How to identify the "Relevant Requirements"
Companies, for the most part, are already familiar with the identification of stakeholders.
However, sometimes they have difficulty identifying the needs and expectations of stakeholders, so it may be a problem to meet requirement 4.2 of the New ISO 9001: 2015.
We must bear in mind that the Standard requires organizations, (must) determine:
a) Interested parties that are "RELEVANT" to the Quality Management System
b) The "RELEVANT REQUIREMENTS" of these stakeholders for the Quality Management System
Finally - The organization should determine the follow-up and review of the information on the interested parties and their relevant requirements.
This may seem complex, it is very easy if we have the right tool.
