How to have good management indicators, in relation to Health and Safety at Work.
Management indicators (KPIs) are essential to be able to know the state and trend of a given process, area, or situation.
Management indicators allow companies to establish improvement actions when one of these indicators has an unwanted behavior or tendency.
A good tool is the difference between having to look for the information or, to have that information immediately and updated.
This tool that we present you will allow you to:
- Set up to 25 indicators (KPIs)
Keeping information updated in the last years (up to 7 years)
See the monthly behavior of each indicator
Compare the evolution of the current year, with the previous year.
See the trend of each of the indicators during the last years.
