The context of the Organization

Identifying the context of the organization is easy, you just have to know some tools that will help you delimit it.

The new version of the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard presents very relevant changes to the quality management systems:

  • It recognizes the growing relevance of the service sector and its particular needs in terms of quality management
Integration with other management systems is adopted as an objective to avoid duplication or overlap
It takes into account the expectations that the customers and the interested parties turn in the company
These expectations should be valued within a context and not in isolation
Requirements for documentation with great flexibility
It adopts the process-based approach and combines it with risk-based thinking as the impetus for improvement
Greater involvement of senior management is required in the GSC

The new ISO 9001: 2015 allows added value to organizations, and is aimed at increasing confidence in quality management systems, to permanently banish the misconception that they are composed of a large number of unnecessary paperwork.
